Booking & Reservation
How do I book a property?
Simply browse our properties, select your dates and number of guests, then send us a booking request. We will confirm availability and send you the payment details within a few hours.
Is my reservation confirmed immediately?
Your reservation is confirmed once we receive your 50% deposit via bank transfer. You will then receive a confirmation email with all the details of your stay.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance, especially for July and August which are our busiest months. Last-minute bookings are possible depending on availability.
Can I modify or cancel my booking?
Modifications are possible depending on availability. For cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival, the deposit is refundable. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable. Please contact us directly for any changes.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept bank transfers only. Once your booking request is confirmed, we will send you our bank details by email.
How much deposit is required?
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining 50% is due 7 days before your arrival date.
Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees. The price shown includes everything. Some properties may have an optional cleaning fee which will always be clearly stated before you confirm your booking.

Where are your properties located?
All our properties are located in Cambrils and Miami Platja, two beautiful seaside towns on the Costa Dorada in Tarragona, Spain — just a short drive from Barcelona.
How far are the properties from the beach?
Most of our properties are within 2 minutes walking distance from the beach. Exact distances are listed on each property page.
What is included in the rental?
All properties come fully equipped with linen, towels, kitchen appliances, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Full details are listed on each property page.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Standard check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged depending on availability — just ask us in advance.
Are pets allowed?
Some of our properties are pet-friendly. Please mention your pet when making your booking request and we will confirm if it is possible for the property you selected.
